Thus, as my company is registered in England and it has registration number 3458854 it is automatically assigned the OID 1.2.826.0.1.3458854 The main problem in large organisations is to find out who is reponsible for allocating OIDs under the assigned root, wherever it came from! What woudl a Scottish company do, as our number is SC258005, just the 258005? Thanks. |
