Very strange. I can't see this on any browser.

I have the same problem with F irefox 3.04 on Ubuntu 8.10 x64 from US. It seemed that all of the Firefox versions [...]

We're talking about OpenLDAP 2 .4 here. Slurpd is completely dropped from the codebase.
